FREE DELIVERY FOR ALL UK ORDERS

We use a combination of Royal Mail and DPD. Most orders under £60 are sent by Royal Mail with DPD taking the rest. Customer with DPD deliveries will automatically receive an email & text message with the relevant tracking details and delivery timeslots if your details have been provided. We do not charge extra for Highland or Offshore deliveries however they may take a day longer. A signature is usually required for all deliveries however if you are not around to take the delivery, the courier will try your neighbours, or (if a signature is not required) will try to find a safe, dry place to leave your parcel.

Europe

Smaller orders are sent by Royal mail, larger orders will be sent by DPD. Apart from orders to Norway and Switzerland which are sent by Parcelforce. DPD & Parcelforce are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

Rest of world

Smaller orders are sent by Royal Mail. Larger orders are sent by a combination of UPS, TNT, Fedex and DHL depending on the country. We are unable send deliveries by courier to PO Box addresses. IMPORTANT; as the importer you will be liable for any taxes or import duties incurred. If you are unsure of any aspect of this please speak to your local tax office before ordering.
