Thanks to KONI, the rough ride is over for Ducato based motorhome owners! Over the last 10 years, a major complaint about these vehicles has been that the OE springs are too soft, often resulting in the camper resting on the front shock's bump rubbers. With reduced suspension travel the resulting ride comfort left a lot to be desired.

After extensive testing, ride and handling development work, we found that by pairing KONI’s patented FSD (Frequency Selective Damping) technology struts and shocks with replacement heavy duty springs offered a more balanced set-up which feels more confident and predictable on the road and provides an unsurpassed comfort and handling level that only the patented Koni FSD shock absorbers could provide.

This set contains 4x Koni FSD shock absorbers with 2x heavy duty Lesjofors front springs

Please note this kit is only suitable for chassis cab based motorhomes. This includes Adria, Burstner, Carthago, Dethleffs, Hymer & Knaus.

There is a choice of rear shock absorbers, if you are unable to locate the original part number to tell which version is required remove a unit from the vehicle and measure its length fully open and compressed. The three choices will be;

357mm open and 265mm compressed – OE no. 1217058

387mm open and 295mm compressed – OE no. 1217039

420mm open and 318mm compressed – OE no.1217230
